The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Can you clean my place if I have a live-in pet?
    If it is caged while we clean, yes. We charge extra to clean pet poop in the home and do not clean pet stains (or other set-in stains) from flooring, carpet, rugs, or furniture.
  • Can I be home and watch while you clean my house?
    Yes, you can, but we’ll get the job done much quicker with a minimal amount of people in the house if that’s possible.
  • How do I know you’re not going to rip me off and steal my belongings?
    We are professionals who take our jobs seriously and enjoy what we do. We strive for repeat, steady business, and great referrals. We are bonded and insured and would certainly not jeopardize a successful business, and our livelihood, by stealing from our clients.
  • I have surveillance cameras all around my house. Do you have a problem with that?
    No. Not at all.
  • What if I need a service not listed on your website?
    Give us a call. We are certainly willing to discuss it with you.
  • Do you clean outdoor areas like patios and decks?
    No. We do interior cleaning only.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hour notice of your desire to cancel a cleaning date.  Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
